Container/Tube: Pink-top (EDTA) tube-Mint-top tube is not acceptable.

Specimen Volume: Full tube of blood

Collection Instructions:

3. Reject due to hemolysis--yes (gross).

Plain Blood

Container/Tube: Plain, red-top tube
