Specimen Volume: 1 mL of serum
Collection Instructions:
Trough: Draw specimen immediately before next dose.
Peak: 6 hours after oral dose/4 hours after IV infusion.
Note:
1. Indicate serum.
2. Label specimen appropriately (serum).
3. Centrifuge within 4 hours of collection.
