Serum
Container/Tube: Serum gel tube(s)
Specimen Volume: 1 mL of serum
Note: Indicate serum. Label specimen appropriately (serum).
Plasma
Container/Tube: EDTA Plasma Tube
Specimen Volume: 1 ml Plasma
Note: Indicate plasma (Plasma will be used for confirmation testing if indicated)
Label specimen appropriately.

Refrigerate
